Save the last dance (Part 2)

I guess you'll have to read Part 1 first... well, not necessarily

You can dance-every dance with the guy
Who gives you the eye,let him hold you tight
You can smile-every smile for the man
Who held your hand beneath the pale moon light
But don't forget who's takin' you home
And in whose arms you're gonna be
So darlin' save the last dance for me

Oh I know that the music's fine
Like sparklin' wine,go and have your fun
Laugh and sing, but while we're apart
Don't give your heart to anyone
But don't forget who's takin' you home
And in whose arms you're gonna be
So darlin' save the last dance for me

from 'Michael Buble - Save the Last Dance for Me'

This was inspired by Michael Buble, among other things ..

When marimba rhythms start to play
Dance with me, make me sway
Like a lazy ocean hugs the shore
Hold me close, sway me more

The moment I've been waiting for
We move to the rhythm
We're blind to everyone else
There's you, there's me, that's all we need
You spin me, You catch me
You hold me, You dip me
We wine, We grind

Like a flower bending in the breeze
Bend with me, sway with ease
When we dance you have a way with me
Stay with me, sway with me

Hips twisting, swaying and rolling
Booty popping and twerking
I move, you move, we move
You move, I move, we move
Up, down, side to side
Forward, Backward, Round and Round
Good vibrations.. Sweet vibrations.. Sensual rhythm

Other dancers may be on the floor
Dear, but my eyes will see only you
Only you have the magic technique
When we sway I go weak

You spin me, You catch me
You hold me, You dip me
We wine, We grind
Magical Euphoria.. it engulfs us
Higher and higher we go
Yes, I saved this last dance for you
For only you, only you can sway me right

When we dance you have a way with me
And when we sway I go weak
Weak in the knees
Gives me the chills
When we sway I go weak
When we sway I go weak

~ Again, like Part 1... for those saving the last dance, and for their 'special people'.

Save the last dance (Part 1)

The music is so good
I just cannot help it
Oblivious to my surroundings
I just have to dance
You stare so intently
Then come to dance with me
So I dance with you
Hips twisting, swaying, and rolling
Booty popping and twerking
My whole body moves
Up, down, side to side
Forward, backward, round and round
Good vibrations, sensual rhythm
For you its a very good dance
For me its just a dance nonetheless
I feel a protrusion
I really do not care
Stop whispering, Do not grope
You ask what I'm doing later
'Not you', I reply
I'm saving the last dance
For my special someone

~ For those saving the last dance and for their 'special people'.

~ Ok so I've been wondering..do ALL guys go to the same 'How to pick up a girl from the club' tutorial class? Cos they ALL say the SAME thing... lol.. 'You can really dance..or You are a very good dancer.. or I really like the way you dance. How did you learn to dance so good? What are you doing later tonight?' SMH..how did i learn to dance like dat? My Mother Taught Me..lmao!

~ I can't even count how many times my mum n I watched 'save the last dance'..it was ridiculous...so i jus had to put in a photo...oh my mum n i also killed 'The bestman', 'The brothers', 'Kill Bill 1&2', '2 Can play that game'..and 'The Wedding Planner'....lol

Colorful (I love You)

Yesterday

Yesterday
Everything was all gravy
And life was a bed of roses
You filled my life with joy
And my heart with cautious optimism
Clear and Distinct
I felt I meant everything to you
Yesterday, you were mine

Today

Today
The gravy has gone bad
And life is a bed of thorns
You fill my life with pain
And my heart with unmistakable sadness
confusion and mixed signals
I doubt that I mean anything at all
Today, I've lost you

Tomorrow?

Dear Chameleon
I know not what tomorrow brings
For you constantly oscillate
Between 'yesterday' and 'today'
You love me ... You love me not
You want me ... You want me not
You love him not ... You love him
Yesterday ... Today

Dearest Chameleon
You leave me with a splitting headache
Consistency and Stability, are all I ask
False Impressions, Distortions, Disillusionment
I shy away from such
So since you change your color so often
I pray, do tell ...
... What color should I expect tomorrow?

The deepest cut

Its sad how time passes by
You think you've learnt from all mistakes
You count your hurts as lessons learned
You're so sure next time logic will prevail
And then when history repeats itself
You realize you make the same mistakes
Maybe because you are dying to trust
Or maybe because it comes as a friend
So you're blinded to the writings on the wall
And that's the saddest part of it all
That every time hurt is clad in different attire
You never realize that doom lies ahead
Until its too late yet again
And salty tears come pouring down

For MishMashMuahYang, my 'wife' and 'worst half'. lol
See, black roses, genetically modified, Inspired
Sad though, who would want black roses?

~ The most painful wound is the one inflicted by a friend ... someone who really doesn't care enough ... and yet doesn't have the balls to admit it. Unfortunately there are a lot of those around. 'Scissors, scissors, where art thou? Sometimes, its best to cut them off!'

ps. Chale, sorry about the sad poems... they come naturally chale..if only the convos i had with people were more joyful, maybe i wouldn't have something sad to write about, and if only people started thinking before they acted and stopped being so selfish, maybe we'll have more happy posts. Tomorrow, maybe, tomorrow.

Make Over ... (No longer Dys-Functional)

Okay, so I'm gonna be honest. I didn't feel like writing another story on Akorfa and her depressingly dysfunctional relationship. Plus, I have a lot of work to do this week, so can't really do a full blown story. So decided to 'cut a long story short' (sorry lovers). Basically, here's an abridged version. Dzifa listened to her father's advice, and cut of all ties with Kwesi. In fact, she didn't talk to him for like 8 months (boy, do I love the number 8, eh!).. Yeah, and she focused on herself, and her spiritual, emotional, and career development. She also spent more time with loved ones, and realized there were a lot of things she was passionate about that she didn't even bother exploring simply because she was utilising all her mental faculty (and with no pay) on some guy who shouldn't matter to her. Yeah, so as I was saying, the next time she met Kwesi, she realized that even though she still had some feelings for him, he was certainly not the man for her.... and eventually after a year and a half, she could say without even the slightest doubt that she was over him. Also, she found another guy. This guy treated her so well, that sometimes she found herself wondering when someone was going to pinch her out of her sweet dream. Assume that this is a poem she wrote. I guess its a poem for Kwesi, one about her experiences, and one that he will never read.

Once upon a time
I was a naive little girl
I trusted so completely
Despite my initial hesitancy
I loved so deeply
Despite my initial skeptism

Once upon a time
You infected me
With your confusion
You infected me
With your insecurities
You made our love a battlefield

Once upon a time
You hurt me
And I was scarred for life
I looked in the mirror
And I could not recognize myself
Indeed, you had changed me

Once upon a time
I decided to let go
I decided to quit you
I decided to not wallow in misery
I decided to not try to comprehend
I decided to find the best in me

Now here I stand
Head held up high
My face is graced with a smile
Yes, I'm not who I was before
I'm better, wiser, stronger
I found myself again

Now here I stand
Ready to give my all again
No 'once bitten twice shy's
No half commitments
No references to the past
Because this time its different

I did not 'fall' in love
It didn't hit me on the head
Leaving me with a concussion
This love was a gradual process
I saw it and I liked it
I felt it, I interacted with it
I chose it, I loved it

Neyo - Over  (Amazing song! Perfectly describes Akorfa's happy place)

~ Sometimes we get hurt so badly that we become very skeptical and pessimistic. This is for the pessimists. Remember sometimes we hurt in order to grow, and sometimes we only see clearly after our eyes have been washed with tears.

I guess all I'm saying is don't give up completely. I'm not saying don't recognize an ass for what it is - an ass. All I'm saying is recognize that there are birds, butterflies, lions and elephants too. Its just that the asses come out to play more often. So just keep your head above the water, and one day someone might just surprise you. :-) Also, never let any confused person leave you confused, frustrated, and drained. Think about it, life is short, and we spend 8hrs of the 24 hrs sleeping... another 8hrs or so going to work, or going to school and doing coursework. Now if you spend your last 8hrs thinking about some fool (an even bigger idiot will spend the 16hrs thinking about this person and the 8hrs dreaming about the person. lol) then chale, go for counseling or deliverance or something. For reals.
Ok, its a wrap. Go ye forth and go do some good. hehe!

Dys-Functional 2 (Akorfa and Kwesi)

This is a continuation of my previous post, Dys- Functional

'Hello Daddy.'
'Yes, Akorfa, how are you?'
'Oh Fine daddy ... That's if you happen to like being me. Personally, I don't. So there you have it'
Akorfa's father was bewildered. 'Are you alright?' He asked.
'Ofcourse daddy. Ofcourse I'm okay. I'm just going through an acute case of nothingness, that's all. You know, nothing major.'
Mr. Gavor was getting slightly irritated by his daughter's responses. This was her annoying way of showing that she was still depressed.
'You know what, I'm too cool to talk to you right now, especially when you are in this mood. How about you go for a run, clear your head, call me back and talk some sense.' Mr. Gavor was amused by his own statement.
'Ei Daddy, are you calling me fat? Look, for a fat person, I'm quite skinny, okay? I'll have you know that I'm a British size 14, American size Large, and a Ghanaian size 'Not Yet As Fat As a Trader at Makorla Market'!! Now you, daddy, you on the other hand are quite enormous for a skinny old man, don't you think so?'
In my next life time remind someone please remind me not to raise my child in the States. He thought to himself. 'Look, young lady, I do not care to be addressed in such a manner. Get off my phone and call me when you're sane.'
'Oooh Daddyyyy!! Come on, I was only mucking about. You're not fat. You're not fat. You're seeeexyyy!!! Sexy Daddyyy!!!'
'Silly child. How are you? What's wrong with you this time. Spill it fast. Got a meeting in thirty.'
'Hmmm, daddy, its Kwesi oh! It's Kwesi.'
Again! He didn't like that boy at all. He didn't want to hear about him anymore. Infact, when he thought of him, the phrase goat's fart irresistibly popped into his head. He had warned her not to go for an Ashanti boyfriend, but did that girl ever listen? No! He sighed, a sorrowful sigh of a father watching his daughter waste her life, love and time on some good-for-nothing.
'I thought we agreed you would cut him out of your life?' He asked with such infinite majesty and calm that he surprised himself.
'Hmmm.. He came back daddy.' Akorfa then went on to recount the events of the morning.

*******

'The events of the morning'- Return of the Mack

Two weeks after he walked out of her life, Kwesi showed up at her doorstep with a box of Golden Tree chocolate bars - Akuaffo Bars to be precise.
'Well look what the devil dropped off in front of my house! What do you want? Mr. 'Oh, I've found someone else', what do you want here?' Her tone was unmistakably hostile, and she added gesticulations for effect.
Kwesi actually found himself smiling. Akorfa was so cute and comical, even when she was angry. If not for the box of chocolate in his right hand and bottle of champagne in his left, he would have definitely grabbed her and engaged her in a stimulating game of tongue tango.
'I'm so sorry, boo. I'm so sorry. I want you, and no one else. Can I come in?' The truth was that he had 'lost' that which he had 'found', hence he was back to what he had left behind.
'My friend, beat it! Beat it before I call some to come beat it for you! Oh but leave the stuff you brought though.' Her eyes were shooting arrows of fire at him as she folded her arms beneath her bosom.
An expression of serious concern failed to cross Kwesi's face as he watched Akorfa at her worst. She felt like stabbing him in the heart and watching him as he bled to death. As she watched his life slip away, she would, ofcourse, be sipping on that champagne he brought and grinning the sort of grin that got people locked up in padded rooms.
'Just listen to me. I'm begging you.' He pleaded.
How was it possible that someone's son could so greatly affect her thinking processes? She loved him more than he loved her, and she knew it. Akorfa stared at his face for a long time, stared at his hands , stared at his feet and then turned around, leaving the door ajar.

Baby, you've got the sort of hands to rip me apart
And baby, you've got the sort of face to start this old heart
But your eyes are warning me this early morning
That my love's too big for you, my love

Baby, you've got the sort of laugh that waters me
And makes me grow tall and strong and proud and flattens me
I find you stunning, but you are running me down
My love's too big for you, my love
My love's too big for you, my love

Okay, talk!' She said impatiently.
' I'm so sorry, Akorfa. I'm so so sorry. I know what I want now, and its you.'
'So, Kwesi, after 8 years you only just found out what you wanted? What were you doing with me?'
He was quiet. She remembered how he had broken the news to her, with no remorse whatsoever.
'Akorfa, I'm sorry, and I love you. That's all that matters.'
Akorfa threw her hands up in the air. ' Dude! I'm sorry. I'm sorry. That's all you ever say. How about you stop doing that you'll later be sorry for. Sometimes I think you do these things just because you get a bunch of kicks out of hurting me.'
Kwesi wasn't really listening to her. His mind had drifted far away. He had Ofosuaa on his mind. Why didn't she want him anymore? He missed her. He missed kicking it with her. He found her far more exciting than Akorfa. Plus, in bed she was down for anything. All he had to do was suggest it. Not that Akorfa wasn't a freak. She was, but Ofosuaa was on a whole new level. Okay, he had to snap out of it. Ofosuaa was gone, and Akorfa was here. Akorfa would always be here.
'Akorfa, please just give me another chance. We'll make it work. I promise'
'Baloney! Kwesi, You're so full of shit!' She yelled as she kept pounding at his chest with her fist.
This time his hands were free, so he didn't hesitate to grab her by the buttocks and kiss her passionately. For your information, that effectively shut her up. Three hours later, a very naked Kwesi walked to the kitchen to grab a snack, and an equally very naked Akorfa hated herself.

Baby, you've got the sort of eyes that tell me tales
That your sort of mouth just will not say, the truth impales
That you don't need me, but you won't leave me
My loves too big for you, my love
My loves too big for you, my love

And if I was stronger then I would tell you no
And if I was stronger then I will leave this show
And if I was stronger then I would up and go
But here I am and here we go again

Naked Kwesi came back with a bowl of cookie dough ice cream and two spoons. He sat next to her on the carpet and handed her a spoon as he planted a huge kiss on her forehead. 'I love you', He said. Darn, she almost believed him now. She was so confused. What was she doing? She had to end this vicious cycle, before this man sent her to her grave. What if he was for real this time though? She rested her head on his shoulder and traced circles on his right thigh. Circles! This man had her going in circles. They were going nowhere. She had to accept that this relationship was not working. The problem, however was that Kwesi controlled her, in a messed up sort of way. He had a way of defying the right side of her brain, seducing it, defeating it, and rendering it completely and utterly useless.
'Tomorrow, I'll figure it out tomorrow' She thought to herself as she licked of the drops of melted ice cream that had fallen on Kwesi's chest ...

Tell me what to do, to take away the 'you'
Tell me what to do, to take away the 'you'

Tell me what to do, to take away the 'you'
Tell me what to do, to take away the 'you'

And if I was stronger then I would tell you No.
And if I was stronger then I will leave this show
And if I was stronger then I would up and go
But here I am and here we go again

*******

Ofcourse, when Akorfa told her dad the story, she ended at 'Akorfa, give me another chance. We'll make it work'... and then she added 'So we are kinda back together' He has gone home though.
'Hmmm, sometimes my daughter can be so depressingly stupid!' Mr. Gavor thought to himself. '.. and as for that miserable heap of Ashanti nothingness. He should just pray I never catch him, because if I do I will make him regret the day he was born or (if Kwesi was a smarter person) regret the day that he, Gavor, was born instead.
'Look, Akorfa, you need to stop this nonsense. You aren't helping yourself. This Kwesi boy is just wasting your time. You're getting old oh! Call him. Call him and tell him to leave you alone for good. Forget about him! Tell him to take his bullshit apology and rubbish love, roll it up nicely, and SHOVE IT!!!! After he is done with that he should carry himself and go stick his head in a goat! That's all I have to say. Now, stop being an idiot.' Gavor was now shouting into the receiver.
Akorfa thought about what her dad had just said. She knew what she had to do. She wasn't a complete moron. It was just easier said than done. 'Daddy, how do I even start to move on?'
'Prayer, Akorfa. Prayer, Self-Control, Loved-Ones, Good Sense, and a Positive Attitude. You'll find someone else. Remember, the glass is half full, not half empty.' The worried father was determined to shake his daughter back to sanity.
'Ah! This old man! What has the glass analogy got to do with her predicament? Who cares if the glass is half full or half empty, as long as there's some rum in there.' She thought, and smiled at her foolishness. She understood what her dad was saying though. She had to get it together.
'Thank you so much daddy. I love you! Project - Flush Kwesi Outta My System: Total Detoxification, has began. Now go off to your meeting. I think you're late. Sorry for keeping you on the phone.'
'What are fathers for? Come home tonight, okay. I've missed you. Will talk to you soon. Bye'
'Bye Daddy'

~ Doesn't this so remind you of 'energy', by Keri hilson?

I'm having nightmares from sleeping with the enemy
How do we reverse the chemistry
I don't want us to be the end of me
This love has taken all of my energy.. my energy

Inspired by : Song 'Sort Of' by Ingrid Michaelson.
Totally unrelated : I was listening to 'When I fall in love' the remix of the Nat King Cole version by Boys2Men, feat. M. Buble, one of my all time favs... and L.O.V.E by Nat King Cole too. Was also listening to 'Misty Blue' and 'Time after Time', the Boys2Men remix. These were the songs I was listening to as I wrote this post. Go listen, and enjoy!

Dys-Functional (8 years! 8years,man!)

Akorfa sat bundled up by the window. It was pouring outside. She couldn't stop the tears from pouring, no matter how fast she blinked. She felt cold, and the blanket she had wrapped around her shoulders offered no warmth or comfort. How did she get here? In this dark corner. She looked out at the storm outside and let out a piercing, sorrowful scream that surely woke at least one dead person from his eternal sleep. Stormy weather.. Yup, that was her life. 8 years! 8 long years, she had spent with him. Agreed, a quarter of the time, they spent breaking up and making up. And then he just casually strolled in one day with some feigned sadness and said, 'Boo, I have something to tell you. Don't get mad. I think I've found someone else.'

The sky looks pissed
The wind talks back
My bones are shifting in my skin
And you, my love, are gone

'Huh?!' That's all she could say. She just stared at him. Ok, for one thing, 'Boo' and 'I've found someone else' should not even be in the same sentence, but that aside, ...... 'WHAT?!!!' Akorfa blinked. The fool repeated himself. 'Babes, don't be mad. I've found someone else.' 'Ah, are you on expired weed or what? What do you mean you've found someone else? WDH!! Wait.. What?'.. She could not help the tears that came running down her cheeks. 'I see you are not in the mood to talk reasonably right now. I'll give you some time to digest the information.' He declared, and walked slowly out of her house. It cut like a knife. Why and when did he even start looking, and why didn't she get a memo, or a note, a text message, whatever, saying 'Hey boo, I'm looking. You might want to do likewise'. Then maybe she wouldn't be caught off-guard. Akorfa blinked. She was having flashbacks of last night. How was she supposed to function? She stared out at the storm outside and pulled the blanket tighter. Why did it feel like her walls were closing in on her? She let out another pained scream.

My room feels wrong
My bed won't fit
I cannot seem to operate
And you, my love, are gone

Oh she hated him! How she hated him! What an ass!! Seriously, was he for real? Damn! The guy had cheated her! Well, that was her opinion. Oh, but she still loved him. (Humph, now who was the ass?) 8 years! 8 flipping years!! Well 8 years, and he had found someone else. Out of nowhere, there was now a Madam Newly found. She wondered when exactly he achieved that feat. Considering the fact that he didn't act like someone was looking anywhere other than her doorstep. Okay, maybe he had started acting a little weird since that party three weeks ago. Hmmmmm.... She sighed. She had to move on this time. She had to let go. Oh gosh, how would she let go?

I'll never say
That i'll never love
Oh, but I don't say a lot of things
And you, my love, are gone

Akorfa pulled the blanket tighter. That didn't help. She was still shivering. Plus she needed more tissue for her eyes and nose, but she couldn't be bothered to find another pack. She didn't have the strength to do anything. She didn't have the strength to move ... she didn't have the strength to move ... on. She had to pick up the pieces somehow, and start all over. Hmmm.... empty promises! empty promises!! 8 years! 8years, man!!! She didn't know how to be in anything other than 'in a relationship'. Once in awhile, she would find her self in an 'It's complicated', but that was only when they were having their moments - the break-up/ make-up - moments. She was sad, just plain sad. She couldn't even think of any big complicated words to describe her feeling right now, just plain old SAD. The storm was subsiding.  She thought with a glimmer of hope ... What if he comes back?

So glide away on soapy heels
And promise not to promise anymore
And if you come around again
Then I will take, Then I will take
The chain from off the door

*** Ok, lovers, i knew i said i was gonna do 'diamonds on the soles of her shoes'. Will get on that soon. Hope you enjoyed this one. Toodles!

Inspiration:
'The Chain' by Ingrid Michaelson. I love her. She's amazing.
I tried to find the proper song on youtube, but couldn't. I guess she isn't that popular. I found something that sounds like a recording of a live performance though. The Chain  It sounds way better on my itunes though. LOL. I could send it to anyone who really wants it, just email me.

'Groovy'-'Moving'-'Awe-Inspiring' Love

When I'm feeling blue, all I have to do
Is take a look at you, then I'm not so blue
When you're close to me, I can feel your heart beat
I can hear you breathing near my ear
Wouldn't you agree, baby you and me got a groovy kind of love

Like an episode of Grey's Anatomy
Like my many favorite songs that move me to tears
Like my many favorite songs that make me wanna dance
Like an emotional poem that seeps into my soul
Like my favorite Bible Verse ...
... ooooh ...
You move me

Anytime you want to you can turn me into
Anything you want to, anytime at all
When I kiss your lips, ooh I start to shiver
Can't control the quivering inside
Wouldn't you agree, baby, you and me got a groovy kind of love, oh

You move me ... You move me
Fingers slowly searching and exploring
Hot tongue licking, sucking, lips kissing, nibbling
Like a slow deep breath, you take me in ..... breathtaking
Like a warm bubble bath, you ease right into me
You smell me, You squeeze me, You taste me
.. Like a hurricane, Like an earthquake
You move me

When I'm feeling blue, all I have to do
Is take a look at you, then I'm not so blue
When I'm in your arms, nothing seems to matter
My whole world could shatter, I don't care
Wouldn't you agree, baby, you and me got a groovy kind of love

Like that soothing cup of tea when I have a sore throat
Like a comforting hug from my best friend forever
Like a warm blanket wrapped around my shoulders
Like a scarf that protects my chest against the cold
Like a bite of belgian chocolate that melts in my mouth
... dang ...
You move me

We've got a groovy kind of love
We've got a groovy kind of love

Fireflies
Butterflies
Bear-hugs
Glass of wine
Chocolate covered strawberries
You and Me
Us

We've got a groovy kind of love
We've got a groovy kind of love

** I know I could have found a much better photo, but i didn't cos i think this is funny and cute. lol. Besides, i wanted something light, before people start getting all emotional up in this joint. Lol. Oh and excuse me for not mincing words, and giving such graphic details.

Inspiration-
                     1. A friend. I originally wrote it for that friend. Then I came up with the whole mixing music with poetry (if u choose to call it poetry) thing, and decided, oh in a weird sorta way it fits so well with the song i want to use. So I said, oi you! The poem is going public. Had to change it up a bit though, so that it would fit with the theme. h
                     2. Groovy kinda Love - Phil Collins
It's an all time favorite. Probably because my parent's played it a lot on sundays. haha. And I remember thinking, ah but this guy 'groovy'? Like seriously, ‘groovy’? Is that the best word he could come up with? Of course I grew to understand later on that sometimes, yes, 'groovy' is the only word one can come up with. lol. Amusing.

I think the next one I'm gonna do will be 'diamonds on the soles of her shoes' by Paul Simon, because my dad killed my ears with that one too, but he thought it was really special because twas on Paul Simon's 1986 album, and I was born in 1986, and he loved Paul Simon.. n he loved me.. lol, need i say more. He said I should always walk and talk like I had diamonds on the soles of my feet :-)

Naked

I stand in front of you
Naked
Baring my all
Undisguised
All I ask of you
Is that you take me
As I am
Flaws and all
And go the distance..

I stood in front of you
Naked
You touched and explored
You rammed and buried
I had you screaming
I love you
In strange languages
I had you screaming
Obscenities
I had you
On your knees
I had you
I believed

I stand in front of you
Naked
Baring my soul
Asking you
To be mine
You frown
You scream at me
Obscenities
Different circumstances
'B*t*h, You must be outta your mind'
'You must have flipped ur weave'
My weave

My weave
That same weave
You would not let go off
When you buried your soul in me?
Out of my mind?
My mind
My creative imaginative mind
My dirty dirty dirty mind
I wasnt quite out of it then, was I?
My cup, you drank from
Now, your cup of tea, I am not?

Naked I was
I gave my all
We shared dreams
We shared laughs
Naked I still am
Baring myself
Baring my soul
Baring my tears
Asking you
To take a chance
To go the distance..

~ Inspiration - Unfortunately, the people who inspired me will never read this. Two of them are not even my friends. One of them, I am a little worried about.. I mean, its not like I lose sleep over her predicament or anything, but like its just sad. Chale, when emotions come into play, everything becomes a hot mess. sigh. And is it just me, or are guys more confused than girls? Maybe just the ones I know or have heard of.

~ 'So glide away on soapy heels, and promise not to promise anymore'
